🔗 Share this article More Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers Property blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials. Furthermore included in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands. The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million. These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir. You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right. The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling different sections of the estate. In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters. Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
