A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, authorities confirmed. The arrests come after a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a parking garage elevator. A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged. Officers detained a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds. Authorities were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray. The assault - an event that police said was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility for a short time.
